Order Processing

All orders will be processed within two business days, barring potential delays. Weekends and holidays do not qualify as business days. Packages will either be shipped from Walnut, CA or Irvine, CA. Items from group buys will be processed in at most four business days after arrival, and will be shipped out accordingly. Email notifications will be sent twice; once when an order is placed and once when the order ships.

If a group buy item is mixed with an in-stock item, the package will ship only after all items have arrived.

 

Shipping Options and Costs

USPS is the sole carrier for domestic orders. DHL will be offered alongside USPS for international orders. Order fees are calculated based on the weight of the package. Estimated delivery times are given at checkout, depending on the shipping method. Please note that there is a 3% handling fee that is added on for shipping.

International packages may be subject to import/customs fees. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay these fees.

 

Checking Order Status

Order status is available in the email sent after order placement.

 

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

All products are sold as-is, and no returns/refunds are accepted. Exceptions to this rule are made on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations for in-stock orders that have not yet been shipped are permitted.

Due to the nature of group buys and preorders, cancellations for these types of transactions are not available after payment unless a given product has finished its group buy phase and has not met the MOQ.

In the event of an order cancellation, non-refundable fees such as Shopify fees will not be returned.

 

Potential Delays

There may be potential delays in order processing following holidays or some catastrophic event. Please contact us through support@heebiekeebies.com if your order has not shipped within five business days.

 

Other Responsibilities

Once an order has been handed to a carrier for delivery, the buyer assumes full responsibility for said order. This includes circumstances such as, but not limited to, theft, loss, and damage. The buyer has the option to purchase Route Insurance to insure their package, if desired.
